Custom designed waterfall at Millennium Homes' Vizcaya site. Our in-house landscape architecture staff utilized natural bedrock harvested from the site to create this unique site feature.

Site engineering is no longer the simple design of streets and utility networks. Today's development requires constant awareness of the changing regulations being imposed by the various Municipal, County, State and Federal Agencies. The staff at CPL has an excellent rapport with these agencies which enables us to work hand and hand with them, allowing us to stay current with the changing regulatory environment. Our years of experience enable us to implement these requirements into a cost effective design without sacrificing square footage and/or density. We also strive to remain aware of the technical advance in our field and to integrate them into all phases of our designs. Our engineering staff is capable of either providing our services as part of our total company package or working independent with other planning and architectural firms.
