At the Vizcaya site in West Orange, Engineering Partner Michael Pucci (top right) and Surveying Partner Richard Ruchalski (bottom left) oversee the early phases of construction. This site is a prime example of how all disciplines work together at CPL Partnership. It began in the Planning Department, to then move on to the Architecture, Engineering, Surveying and Landscape Architecture Departments.

The Land Surveying profession is defined as the Art and Science of locating points and objects in relationship to and on the surface of the earth. During the past three decades, CPL Partnership has actively participated in the radical technological advances in the surveying and mapping industry. Recent integration of the most advanced data collection software and robotic instruments into the electronic design environment are some examples of how our equipment is constantly upgraded. Aerial photogrammetry, satellite observations, remote sensing, electronic distance measurement and Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) are some other modern tools of today's practice.
